Specially designed model for ARMA and FEDER. This model was made in cooperation with "Fechtschule Gdansk" and Jan Chodkiewicz. Its look resembles simple medieval gambesons.

This jacket was made in mind of people training HEMA, who also care about the historical correctness of the outfit. Perfect for light or medium exercises, e.g. with a saber, kord or dussack.

The body and collar of the jacket have a fold at the front.

The FG Gambeson is made of linen. It is cut off at the waist and the lower part rests on hips. The sleeves (sewn in deeply) consist of 3 elements and have gussets under the armpits. This ensures maximum mobility during training.

The body consists of two layers and the shoulder of three ones.

Made of linen provides both freedom of movement and historical flair. The structure of the material makes FG more breathable and wicks moisture away better than its cotton version (FG Basic or FG PRO).

• note: when using a linen gambeson, remember that this fabric is less resistant to puncture or contact with other material, e.g. velcro, than fabrics with 350N puncture resistance

The product from the assortment is not personal protective equipment - it is intended for simulating the impression during the study on the treatise techniques. It is not dedicated for fencing or contact sport. If you wish to do contact martial arts, please use personal protective equipment.
